Wondering what it’s like to be part of Ascent Nexus? Here’s how the journey works.

Leaders in the #2 role (COOs, EVPs, senior operational leaders, and similar positions) submit an application and meet with your leadership growth coach to ensure the group is the right fit.

Each cohort is carefully curated so members share a similar level of responsibility and leadership context.

Accepted members are placed into a small, confidential peer advisory group (typically 8–15 participants).

This structure ensures meaningful participation, trusted relationships, and high-quality strategic conversations.

Participate in Monthly Advisory Sessions

Each month, members meet for a professionally facilitated peer advisory session.
 

During these sessions leaders:

• Bring real leadership challenges
• Receive strategic feedback from peers
• Work through decisions and obstacles together

 

These sessions function as a strategic sounding board for complex leadership decisions.

I am deeply fascinated by the human longing for transcendent meaning and the growth journey at the heart of becoming a leader worth following. Growth awakens us to new possibilities, purposes, and the profound promises of God. 

I believe growth is cultivated in circles of trust where humility, truth, and the generous presence of another shape us for good. As a leadership growth coach, I seek to foster growth in this way and help spark greater flourishing.

Before coaching, I spent nearly two decades in Fortune 150 technology and entrepreneurial ventures, leading distributed teams and supporting complex, high-stakes business outcomes.
