It is a professionally facilitated program that provides a supportive, confidential environment for professional development, strategic guidance, and problem-solving among like-minded peers from different organizations who share similar challenges.

Professional leadership coaching with Ascent Nexus is a dynamic, confidential, one-on-one process designed to maximize the member's personal and professional potential. It is not counseling, consulting, mentoring, advice-giving, or fixing. The leadership coach is a thought partner who uses a collaborative, non-directive approach to draw out the Masterpiece from within the member, leverage their resourcefulness, and expand their capacities. Coaching helps the member clarify goals, get their answers questioned, generate fresh insights, overcome specific challenges, develop action plans, and apply them to their unique organizational and personal contexts. The professional coach holds an advanced certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - the gold standard for coaching - and other coaching credentials, and adheres to its Code of Ethics and professional guidelines. Professional coaching is available as an option and includes a dedicated one-on-one session each month, with the member setting the agenda.
